Worst Experience Ever First, we were charged $200 more than estimated. Second, the steering column plastic was broken. Third, the repair took way longer than estimated. Fourth, an airbag recall was undertaken without our knowledge. Fifth and most of all the windshield wiper stalk wasn't reconnected and we ended having to get a hotel on my birthday with my wife and four children because we were driving from Utica to Buffalo in a snowstorm. This was severely dangerous situation because your service team didn't check the repair. Worst of all I had to pay my dealer $200 to reconnect the stalk here in Buffalo. On top of that this is the second ignition replacement on our Honda Pilot. The whole experience cost us $1400. Thanks Honda! More
