A complete disaster from the second I bought my new car which had obvious issues from the start. I will NEVER do business with ANY of Carbone ever again! They gave me the run around and to this day I canno which had obvious issues from the start. I will NEVER do business with ANY of Carbone ever again! They gave me the run around and to this day I cannot get my money back for the extended warranty I purchased and didn’t use- because I got rid of the car with very few miles on it. I would be very hesitant and reluctant to buy ANYTHING from this chain. I should have learned after the first time I bought a car from them and got horrible customer service. But nope- I went back again thinking it would be different and it was only worse. They have an absolutely awful reputation in this area and I can see why. From now on I will go to Albany to buy my vehicles and stay clear of these people. Once they make the sale, you’re pretty much useless to them. I don’t know how they can live with themselves. Dishonest and could basically care less about you as a person. More

Horrible experience 0 stars if I could...very shady dealership...doesnt honor warranty..they do not inspect vehicles before selling.. 2 weeks in car making all kinds of 0 stars if I could...very shady dealership...doesnt honor warranty..they do not inspect vehicles before selling.. 2 weeks in car making all kinds of noises..after 2 weeks of waiting for them to fix it the technicians (not real mechanics)tell me the broken parts are just noisy and haven't failed yet..so they wont fix it..luckily they didnt fail while I was driving it to work and back..(scared to drive it anywhere far... what a shame).how did it pass inspection...took it to my mechanic, compressor/ac clutch and pulley are shot..needs breaks and rotors and a front and rear wheel bearing,shocks and struts/shocks need replacing...I'm only one person so they dont need my business, but for future customers..be very very careful..this is a shady dealership More

Impressed and satisfied I had 2 recalls on my new vehicle, I had previously tried to get this taken of at the original place of purchase and the first time I was told it was I had 2 recalls on my new vehicle, I had previously tried to get this taken of at the original place of purchase and the first time I was told it was for my previous vehicle; the second attempt the “servers” were down. After this time I will take my vehicle nowhere else! My service was taken care of with no issues and Kevin even asked if I wanted my inspection taken care of as well. I had to take time out of work to do this so the timely manner was very much appreciated. More
