I am generally not one to provide a review, but in this case I did want to take the time to recognize the tremendous experience I had buying a new Yukon from LeadCar. I started my search from my home stat case I did want to take the time to recognize the tremendous experience I had buying a new Yukon from LeadCar. I started my search from my home state in the Upper Midwest. After striking out finding the right vehicle locally, I came across this 2022 Yukon at LeadCar. Bridgette in internet sales immediately reached out to me to confirm its availability and pricing details. I was traveling, and Bridgette very seamlessly sent me the requisite information so that I could lock in the purchase of the Yukon. She then passed the sale over to Aaron, who kept me apprised every step of the way as the vehicle was still en route to the dealer. Aaron let me know when the truck was ready, and I made arrangements to fly in, take delivery, and drive home. This process was similarly seamless, as Dennis, the nicest guy you would ever want to meet, picked my up at the airport and brought me to the dealer. Zach in Finance was a true professional, presented me with options, locked in the 0% financing that GMC was offering, I signed the paperwork and was on my way back home! Thank you again Bridgette, Aaron, Dennis, and Zach for what was my best automotive purchase out of probably 25! More

Only to find out the day of coming to do the deal which I had to call btw . I was working with bridget which she quickly said Tyler was your salesperson.. so Tyler gets on the phone with me and says Oh I'm sorry I totally dropped the ball on this. We ran it though the shop and its not worth to fix the vehicle so we won't be selling it to you. We will be wholesaling it! So why was it up for sale to begin with? You would think they would fun it through the shop before listing it or any vehicles for sale? So don't purchase from carbone if you want a Reliable vehicle because they are selling them without checking how good they are until after the fact!!! The salesman didn't even ask if I would be interested in another vehicle? I would have put a 15,000 down payment for something else but hey it will be thier loss.. Not mine . I will make a purchase by Friday. BUT NOT WITH THEM!!! SO if you want dishonest people to do business with this is your place.. I Blame the manager as well for not even a simple call from last week until today to tell me anything.. sorry but not sorry . They deserve this Horrible Review!!!! More
A complete disaster from the second I bought my new car which had obvious issues from the start. I will NEVER do business with ANY of Carbone ever again! They gave me the run around and to this day I canno which had obvious issues from the start. I will NEVER do business with ANY of Carbone ever again! They gave me the run around and to this day I cannot get my money back for the extended warranty I purchased and didn’t use- because I got rid of the car with very few miles on it. I would be very hesitant and reluctant to buy ANYTHING from this chain. I should have learned after the first time I bought a car from them and got horrible customer service. But nope- I went back again thinking it would be different and it was only worse. They have an absolutely awful reputation in this area and I can see why. From now on I will go to Albany to buy my vehicles and stay clear of these people. Once they make the sale, you’re pretty much useless to them. I don’t know how they can live with themselves. Dishonest and could basically care less about you as a person. More
I would never buy a car from them. Quick to sell my husband a used truck. Didn’t clean it, put a dirty valance on it 2 weeks later. Aaron didn’t bother calling us back . Must have been busy with the people that gave him a good review. I wanted a new Terrain. , waited 2 weeks called a few times, texted, emailed , got promise to reply. Went to Davidson to get my GMC Terrain. Great sales service there!!!!! I will never recommend them to anybody or be a returning customer. They never even gave him a copy of the bank finance it’s been over two weeks!!!!!! More
Beware! If you are looking at a used car from this dealership and the deal seems too good to be true, then most likely it is. If you still find yourself making the drive to look at one of their used dealership and the deal seems too good to be true, then most likely it is. If you still find yourself making the drive to look at one of their used cars and come to an agreement, make sure that you carefully read and review the buyers order/purchase agreement. It appears that this dealership in my case, didn’t think anything about adding in an “Accessories” without discussing them with me. This happened to be a $1,195.00 accessory. My guess is that they realized they were going to be losing money on the deal, so they needed to make it up somewhere. Again in my case after it was brought to their attention, they explained that the undisclosed “accessories” charge was Auto Armour paint protectant that they apply to all of their vehicles even before the buyer requests it. It’s very surprising to me that they would add a $1,195.00 product to every one of their used cars and expect everyone of their customers would be ok with It. Also be cautious that they don’t go and sell the vehicle to someone else, maybe even a wholesaler while you are still contemplating possibly buying it even with the unauthorized $1,195.00 accessory add on that wasn’t requested or wanted. This was certainly a first time experience for me. Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership. More

Aaron went above and beyond to get me into my new Sierra AT4. He said he would get my payment where I wanted it to be and make it happen and he did. Followed up with me regularly without feeling overbearing AT4. He said he would get my payment where I wanted it to be and make it happen and he did.
