It took 4 business days to get the brakes repaired. Each day they told us it would be ready the next day, but it went on for 4 days. They don't do loaners. This was on an existing vehicle...the very next week, on our brand new vehicle, they neglected to activate the towing package, imagine our surprise when we went to pick up our new camper and couldn't. Just general incompetence and a lack of caring. We are long-term customers and always thought very highly of this dealership/repair shop. No more, we are looking for a new dealership to purchase our vehicles from. Very disappointed! More
