Too soon for so many issues I bought my vehicle in December. When I got it I noticed it was very loud upon starting. Even my neighbors were asking what the problem was! I brought I bought my vehicle in December. When I got it I noticed it was very loud upon starting. Even my neighbors were asking what the problem was! I brought it in and the service center claimed not to hear anything. So I lived with the problem. In the last month I noticed grinding noise while driving. I brought it in again and of course also reminded them of the noise upon starting. Of course they heard the noise while starting. I assume because it’s now out of my pocket and not theirs. I was told that my brakes and rotors were in horrible condition. I wonder how it passed inspection when they sold it to me. So after I pay close to $1000 I brought my vehicle home. Guess what?? The grinding noise is STILL there!!! I would give zero stars but the service person who waited on me (Vicky) was amazing to work with. More

I have been purchasing vehicles from Carbone auto for 15 years or so. My first vehicle was a BMW Z 4 Then I purchased in 2008 a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now I just purchased again a Grand Cherokee. It is a real joy to deal with professional and really caring people. Anyone can tell that your Auto Group has a great training program and continually offers training on the new option. The salesperson that I had was Mr. Keegan Paye. Carbone Auto should be so proud to have an employee of his caliber. He knew the vehicle inside and out. I grew up in the generation of only am radio and crank down windows...These new vehicles are almost as confusing as the space shuttle... He explained every option and how to change every setting. He WAS WONDERFUL. I am a retired pharmacist and I know how important it is to explain every facet of a product. Please convey my thanks to Mr Keegan Paye. No warning of high cost repair that didn't fix the proble I took my car in for misfiring. They did a $99 computer check and told I needed to change my spark plugs and gaskets.. and an emission system cleane I took my car in for misfiring. I took my gym bag out of the car which was sitting on the side of the service area waiting to be looked at. I was back within 2 hours and the car was ready. I was charged for 6 hours of labor at $99 an hour. The service rep quickly took me to the cashier and disappeared. I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't read the details.. They said they test drove it.. but they couldn't have because a mile away it started to misfire again.. totally a screw job. I have bought 4 Jeeps here but will not do it again. More

Purchase with Bryan Brockway We purchased a used vehicle then also decided to lease a new vehicle the same day. Bryan was very patient with us and made us feel like we were his only customer even though I’m sure he was juggling a lot behind the scenes. Bryan was understanding of our needs in a vehicle and more importantly- our budget. He made sure our vehicles were spotless before we left and showed true appreciation for our business. We cannot say enough great things about Bryan. On the financing end- things were a little different. We were told we could get an interest rate to match the bank that I was pre-approved through so we agreed to finance through the lender the dealership found. However, at the very end of day as we were signing the final paperwork, the financing manager told us they couldn’t get us the interest rate and suggested we go with the lender they chose and refinance on our own time through the bank we were pre-approved for. In the end, I know it’s the customer’s decision of where to finance but I wish I knew hours earlier and we would’ve just waited until the next business day to get the better interest rate from our bank. More
