It took 4 business days to get the brakes repaired. Each day they told us it would be ready the next day, but it went on for 4 days. They don't do loaners. Just general incompetence and a lack of caring. We are long-term customers and always thought very highly of this dealership/repair shop. No more, we are looking for a new dealership to purchase our vehicles from. Very disappointed! More
