Elizabeth was very helpful and the service department jumped to helping us they test drove it, found the problem, lended us a car while they repaired the vehicle, and were very pleasant to us. This wasn't there sales and you would have Thought it was with how the took care of us! Nothing but awesome service! More

Our 2012 Buick Lacross needed service and Leachman was unable to fix our car's problem. The dealership would not trade for a used car of same value. They would only trade for a new car. This required $5,2 unable to fix our car's problem. The dealership would not trade for a used car of same value. They would only trade for a new car. This required $5,200 plus tax from our family funds that was unexpected. True, we now have hopefully a reliable car that is brand new, but in my eyes it took $5,000 to fix a car that still had warranties on it. This is unacceptable in my eyes. When I share this story with others, they have the same reaction as I have about how this all turned out. I do love my new car, but I loved my old one just as much and it had more items on it. This is a great place. THe people are friendly and honest. They make you feel welcome and help you to understand what repairs need to be done. I took my car in for a checkup because I was going on a long roadtrip. I was in a hurry and left one of my purses (that I wasnt using) in the front seat floorboard. However, my purse had my digital camera long roadtrip. I was in a hurry and left one of my purses (that I wasnt using) in the front seat floorboard. However, my purse had my digital camera in it, and then after having a $265 service bill, my camera was also stolen. I then confronted the manager about the incident and he said, well unless your 100% positive that it was stolen here, then we can't do anything! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! so, overall I spent about $500 in general service work, in which they replaced brake pads... seem fair? DO NOT GO TO LEACHMAN BUICK IN BOWLING GREEN, KY!! More
