It’s hard to believe that the reviews on Google, Facebook, and their dealers’ website are genuine. I had done recent work myself, they were keen on checking everything on the vehicle except my concerns. They took more than double the amount of time first stated for the repairs. I called them multiple times with no answer. I called in the parking lot with no answer, to go inside to find the employees chit chatting with each other. They were kind when talking face to face yet saying they didn’t deliver is an understatement. I was considering trading in or buying a new vehicle until this. This was over a year ago, I hope they have improved their service and can be honest with their customers. More
I took my 2018 Buick Encore to them to have a diagnostic run on it after following the check engine repair codes and told me it would cost $4,877.11 to fix all the items I replaced. I told the it was done to specs and was told it did not matter the tech said it needs to be redone. NOT HAPPENING. I have worked on cars for many years. This one just through me for a loop. I asked the manager to speak with GMC about this existing problem with continued code problems. Told me it was not his problem. I wish I could find a lawyer to speak to them. So rude and as a Disabled Vet I do not deserve this. Would not even check to see if GM would do any thing to help. SO SORRY. I want to file a classic law suit on the Stabilitrak system always going off. More
