SO MUCH FOR MY "VIP" APPOINTMENT.. I GOT A CONFIRMATION TEXT AT 10:35 A.M. FOR MY 11:30 "VIP" APPT. GOT THERE AT 11:20 AFTER DRIVING 2.5 HOURS ON MY DAY OFF....BEEN EMAILING FOR 3 DAYS... .....AND THEY SO TEXT AT 10:35 A.M. FOR MY 11:30 "VIP" APPT.
