Our 2012 Buick Lacross needed service and Leachman was unable to fix our car's problem. The dealership would not trade for a used car of same value. They would only trade for a new car. This required $5,2 unable to fix our car's problem. The dealership would not trade for a used car of same value. They would only trade for a new car. This required $5,200 plus tax from our family funds that was unexpected. True, we now have hopefully a reliable car that is brand new, but in my eyes it took $5,000 to fix a car that still had warranties on it. This is unacceptable in my eyes. When I share this story with others, they have the same reaction as I have about how this all turned out. I do love my new car, but I loved my old one just as much and it had more items on it. I called in to inquire about a used GMC Yukon Denali that was listed on the Internet, but when I spoke with Sheila she told me that it had already sold.
