Visited Leachman Buick/GMC/Cadillac looking to purchase either a new or used pickup. We compared a new and a certified used vehicle. Our 2012 Buick Lacross needed service and Leachman was unable to fix our car's problem. The dealership would not trade for a used car of same value. They would only trade for a new car. This required $5,2 unable to fix our car's problem. The dealership would not trade for a used car of same value. They would only trade for a new car. This required $5,200 plus tax from our family funds that was unexpected. True, we now have hopefully a reliable car that is brand new, but in my eyes it took $5,000 to fix a car that still had warranties on it. This is unacceptable in my eyes. When I share this story with others, they have the same reaction as I have about how this all turned out. I do love my new car, but I loved my old one just as much and it had more items on it. I called in to inquire about a used GMC Yukon Denali that was listed on the Internet, but when I spoke with Sheila she told me that it had already sold. She told me that if I told her what I wanted she coul was listed on the Internet, but when I spoke with Sheila she told me that it had already sold. She told me that if I told her what I wanted she could find me something, so I told her exactly what I wanted. Within 1 week she called me and someone had traded in what I was looking for so she met us in Glascow with the vehicle that evening. I would highly recommend this dealership and make sure to ask for Sheila Milam! More

in the negotation for my vehicle it was written and signed on paper that I would get new tires and nitrusfill at no additional cost but this was not done also I am still waiting for a check for $19.50 signed on paper that I would get new tires and nitrusfill at no additional cost but this was not done also I am still waiting for a check for $19.50 which was supposed to be sent to me in the mail as the salesman did not have change to give and i was assured that my money would be sent in the mail. the only positive done as promised was they fixed the cluster in the dash so I can see mileage and the shift position my vehicle is in.
