Lawton Kia - Service Center

Not Bad!! Its not a bad place to take your Kia for service, the only thing that I didn’t like is that I went for an oil change on a Saturday and they recommend Its not a bad place to take your Kia for service, the only thing that I didn’t like is that I went for an oil change on a Saturday and they recommend to do a alignment on my car and I agree to do it and they didn’t do it right my steering wheel was not right to center, so I had to call back to the service area because I don’t live in Lawton so that way they could tell me to bring the car again during the weekdays that I can’t because I’m working and by the time I get off they’ service department is closed. So they didn’t have another choice to send me someone to pick up my car so they could do again the alignment. I think they get busy and do the things so fast that they don’t care if is right or not. They should do after de service like this one that I had to have tested out. Test the car before you go more further away from the dealer so they can fix this at the spot. That’s my only recommendation. More

GREAT FAST SERVICE AS ALWAYS MY CAR WAS IN ALTUS, 50 MILES AWAY. CALLED DEALERSHIP, THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER FOR KIA ROADSIDE. New tires I went in to get new tires and while they were putting them on they notice a bent strut. Being that I had a cadenza they had to order my part.
