My vehicle was diagnosed quickly and the parts ordered. While the part was on back order, they kept in touch with me on the progress. Kia stepped up and stood behind fixing my vehicle after the engine failed due to a recall. When we buy our next vehicle we will drive out of our way to buy from Lawton Kia. More
