Lawton Kia - Service Center

Unhappy with the service My husband took our Optima in to have an oil change and use our royal treatment card from the purchase of our vehicle. He was told we were way over on My husband took our Optima in to have an oil change and use our royal treatment card from the purchase of our vehicle. He was told we were way over on mileage and that we needed the oil additive this time. They told me at our last oil change that we would not need the additive the second oil change it was every other change. The additive was added the first oil change and extended the oil life to 10,000 miles. The service technician tried to add 10,000 miles on to our mileage on the report. They didn't vacuum my car or even offer to vacuum it and the wash job left my car looking terrible. Definitely not the royal treatment we were promised at purchase! More

Could have been 5 stars.... I have no complaints about the service department. They were wonderful. If the detail shop was a a wonderful as the service department I would be givi I have no complaints about the service department. They were wonderful. I know that they did not vacuum the back hatch area. Honestly my 16 year does a better job at cleaning my car out than they did. More

good service We travel two hours plus to get our service here. We have always got good service and decently priced.
