My ac was supposed to be fixed on 12May when it went in for service. It was not and they offered to fix it, instead they broke my windshield and wanted to charge extra to fix what they were supposed to tak for service. It was not and they offered to fix it, instead they broke my windshield and wanted to charge extra to fix what they were supposed to take care of on Monday. I've been with Lawton Kia for over a decade and this is disgusting how the level of service has greatly declined. More
