I was not very pleased with the way customer service was handled. I had an appointment but some how my car got pushed back and was not given the service that I requested. I only wanted to engine checked out handled. I had an appointment but some how my car got pushed back and was not given the service that I requested. I only wanted to engine checked out, but they sent my car to collision. No one kept me updated and I had to call several times a day to get an update. The excuses, and blame that I received was not appreciated. One reason I was given about my car was that rates were different, that's why my car was sent to collision. Lawton kia was not very good at communicating. I was not happy with customer service. More

I hate how long the car buying process takes, but Lawton Kia made it a breeze. My only issue was I should have went to Lawton Kia first. I went in with my eyes on one vehicle but upon test driving I felt li Kia made it a breeze. My only issue was I should have went to Lawton Kia first.
