They scheduled a time for me to bring my truck in for recall work over a week out and when I got it there they tell me they don't have the part? Then the guy at the desk tells me the fix for my tailgate recall work over a week out and when I got it there they tell me they don't have the part? Then the guy at the desk tells me the fix for my tailgate is just open it 3 times and it was more than likely fixed already yet they still had my truck back there for an hour! a waste of my time. Service department dishonest. I had taken my Jeep Wrangler in to be serviced for a camshaft/ crankshaft position sensor warning and timing misalignment. After I received my vehicl I had taken my Jeep Wrangler in to be serviced for a camshaft/ crankshaft position sensor warning and timing misalignment. After I received my vehicle back it was within a week that the same error came back. They told me that they changed the oil and that fixed the problem. Now my vehicle is 400 miles passed warranty and they refuse to do anything about it. Barbara from service told me that they would do a "good will" diagnosis after I got frustrated that they wanted to charge me for one. I already know the diagnosis because I had it checked at another shop and even took the print out in with me. It's the same exact error as the initial error. Barbara told me that they would get me in the following week and provide a loaner vehicle. I've yet to hear anything from them and this was almost two weeks ago. Avoid this service center!!!! More
