Barbara in the service department treats people like dirt. I will never do business there again. I’ve taken my business to Kia who helped me with my Ram when I was in a crisis without any hesitation whi dirt. I will never do business there again. I would’ve gladly paid Kia if they had asked me to but they were more concerned with how to help me. The money wasn’t the issue, I did end up paying for a new battery. The left engine mount on my 2019 Dodge Charger was replaced which did not remedy the problem. Had my 2022 Ram Ecodiesel serviced here. The service tech created a sales experience. For a vehicle that had nothing wrong with it, she sure made it sound as though something was. Tried to get me to pay approximately 800.00 in extra service charges. Definitely quoted hiked prices for parts. Approximately 650 vs 200 when I researched the parts. Said that it was absolutely necessary, at minimum, for me to get an oil additive for 36.00. When I asked if this was something that I could do myself, she stated that it had to be done by a certified professional. When watching the tech(certified professional) add this oil additive to my oil tank, it appears as though she didn’t trust me to pour a quart of this into the correct tank. Neither here nor there. The long story short, if you don’t want to be rail roared, take your vehicle somewhere else. They are only selling hopes and dreams. More
