Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Service Center

I was just in for service but Brittany kept me up-to-date during the entire 3 weeks they had my car. Why so long? My service contact people, it wasn’t on Dodge. Their mechanic Doug was nice and seemed very k during the entire 3 weeks they had my car. Why so long? My service contact people, it wasn’t on Dodge. I need them to do that when i have a car show to be to lol More

Had my car six times and and the problem was not solved. Had to take it somewhere else for them to tell me it was my computer Module. My van is a chrysler how do you not know how to fix your vehicle. Had a problem with my radio while in California so I took it to a dealer there. I was told that the radio needed replaced and that it could take weeks if not months to get a replacement in. Since my radio was constantly on (Even with the vehicle shut off), they disconnected it and advised that I take it to my local dealer when I got back. After arriving back home on a Thursday evening, I called the Duncan dealership on Friday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. By Tuesday morning the vehicle would not start and was totally dead. Chrysler Roadside assistance towed it to Lawton CDJR since it was closest to my residence. Brittaney was awsome in how she intently listened to my story, took notes and even took the business card of the service advisor from California in case there were questions about what they had found. She kept me informed along the entire process and my vehicle was fixed and returned to me on the day that it was promised. I had in the past read sketchy reviews about the service department of Lawton CDJR but extremely satisfied with how they handled my issue and the personal service was 2nd to none. More

No problem with the work done. I turned the car over at 11:15 for an 11:30 appointment. At 1:45 I was still sitting in the waiting room.
