I took my truck in for a service, I had an advisor that never advised me in what was going on. I dropped it off at 8 and then I had to call close to 4 to see what was going on with it. I paid for a balance and rotation on my tires but the air pressure in my tires were all different and had to let air out of 1 tire due to it being over the recommended threshold. More

Oil changes take multiple hours to do. This is way to long! Technicians are slow and messy, spill oil while filling and leave it. This gives me the impression that you are only concerned about squeezing as much money out of the customer as possible just like the ridiculous 10 dollor shop supplies fee and not genuinely caring about the customers vehicle or safty. Ive bought multiple vehicles here and exclusively use you for all services. These past experiences are motivating me to choose a different dealer for both of my daughters upcoming purchases. Very disappointing! More

Waited two weeks for repair. Upon delivery vehicle had huge hail dents, cracked windshield and within 24hr discovered misdiagnosed repair costing over $700. He repaired the issue for $490 and I drove the vehicle roundtrip from Norman OK to Clovis NM last weekend without issue. Although your employees were professional and courteous no good or realistic options were provided to get my vehicle back to Lawton or whether the repair made was the correct repair. I can honestly say this was the worst retail experience I have had in my 61 year life. More
