I dropped my truck off for for some power train warranty work. My truck sat in the parking lot for two weeks without a single word from the dealership. After calling up multiple times and leaving 3 voicemai work. My truck sat in the parking lot for two weeks without a single word from the dealership. After calling up multiple times and leaving 3 voicemails I finally got up with my Advisor. I was made aware that the part was on a 6 week back order and could pick up the truck anytime. I went and picked it up the next morning. When I got their the service advisor working had no ideas where my truck was, called over to the truck center and was adamant it was over there with the tech. After giving the tech the wrong year for the model and having no idea why I was there to pick up my keys, all while ignoring what I had to say, he was able to find my keys in a different pile. For context the truck was parked right in front of the service bay. My truck was so covered in filth it was almost unrecognizable, but I wasn’t upset with that because obviously it was sitting outside. I drove from the dealership straight into work. I tried to fold in my power windows and since it’s stay at the dealership, the passenger side no longer works. I immediately called the service center and tried to get some sort of note added in and was only told to, “remind your advisor when you come in”. After work I drove home and rinsed off the filth and noticed that the passenger side hood and bumper had been scufffed up. It seems like the dealership either hit something or allowed someone to hit my truck without notifying me. To top it all off, the reason my truck was in services was the immediate failure of the part the day I picked it up from this same dealership for routine maintenance, crazy coincidence. More

Brittany was kind but unfortunately did not communicate with me about what need to be fixed until the last minute and did not get my approval for the changes and just had them fix it. The dealership itself has an unruly amount of crickets everywhere. I waited almost 45 minutes for the shuttle to take me home despite my appointment and requesting a shuttle ahead of time. Not to mention they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my jeep until I was pulling it to get it until magically they realized what was wrong and charged me last minute. More
