You gave me a call and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up, I got in it, turned it on and none of the electrical was working. My turn signals didn’t work. My break lights didn’t work. My windows wouldn’t roll down. My windshield wipers didn’t work. Yet still had to pay $1,200 due to you saying you fixed the electrical problems. I had to leave with my vehicle being illegal to operate on the road. Over priced and not satisfied at all. A refund would be the appropriate result.

Thank you for your review, Allen. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are disappointed to hear that we fell short of your expectations. With the complexity of the engine management systems on today's vehicles, there are a multitude of faults that can illuminate a check engine lamp. After speaking with you, I felt that we had an understanding of what happened. We stand behind the work that we complete. Due to the location of the solenoid that controls the intake valve lift, there is no possible way the cleaning of the fuel system caused the component to fail.
