Depending on the application that is needing a "tune up" the HEMi's do require 16 spark plugs. That may explain the price discrepancy. Communication is of the utmost importance to us and it appears that we did not meet your expectations. We know that your vehicle was here for body/PDR repair and unfortunately the timeline on that type of repair is much longer than normal service work. The insurance companies have added quite a bit of time to the process due to the inaccurate estimates that have been completed by them,.
