Poor customer service and parts dept I went in to install remote start for my 2018 RAM, I had an appointment time of 9:15, I left them the truck while I ran some errands. I called several times throughout the day to check on my truck and they didn't even start installing the part until 4:30. To add to that they didnt order all the correct parts so I had to pick up my truck and bring it back at a later date and scheduled am appointment time for 9:00, this time I stayed to ensure they had everything, still they did not abide by my appointment time and didnt install/ program my truck until around 11:15. Overall their service was awful and the price for the kit and install was outrageous. More

Oil change I had my 1 year old with me and he was all over the place but everyone was very nice about it and understanding. The oil change and tire rotation only I had my 1 year old with me and he was all over the place but everyone was very nice about it and understanding. Recall work I called to make an appointment so my parts would be on hand. I spent over $200 and still have to go back for the original recall part. Told work complete. Showed up and it wasn’t. I dropped my Jeep off to have a part replaced, have an alignment done, an inspection for a check engine light and a diagnostic to ensure the replaced I dropped my Jeep off to have a part replaced, have an alignment done, an inspection for a check engine light and a diagnostic to ensure the replaced part fixed the problem. 5 days later I was told in the morning that the work was complete. I called at lunch time with a question about the work and was told they were just wrapping up paperwork. I showed up 10 minutes before the service center closed and they were still doing work on the vehicle in the service center bay. I thought it was very strange that the status of the vehicle wasn’t what they said it was, which made me wonder why they would say it’s complete, but we’re still working on it. this gave a sneaky or dishonest appearance. Giving them the Beni fit of the doubt, I chalk this up to poor communication and time management. I am satisfied with the work done. It appears to be done correctly, which I appreciate. Overall, I’m uncomfortable with the lack of straight forward communication and timeliness of work leading my to not trust my most expensive assets to this service center. More
