I My perception is the young lady is family to a manager. She obviously is not really interested in working there. She is not really approachable and I felt like she was inconvenienced to look for a vehicle brochure. She had to shift through boxes or trash under her desk to find. Not organized at all. Higher service level expected! My new car has been in twice for service within 7 days and NOTHING was resolved. Same issue occurred within 48 hours of service.
