Did NOT inform us that tax, tag, and title was NOT included in sales price. Need to be up front with military members regarding this extra out of pocket cost. Waited close to 3 hours before I was fina included in sales price. Need to be up front with military members regarding this extra out of pocket cost. Waited close to 3 hours before I was finally able to sign papers for vehicle due to staffing shortage. Then being the last person of the night was rushed through the process. More

Had a tranny flush done because of some shifting issues, I always have a great experience here, service is always exceptional work when I bring in my car, but they didnt top off my fluid, it was low a quart I always have a great experience here, service is always exceptional work when I bring in my car, but they didnt top off my fluid, it was low a quart and I had to fill it up when I checked fluid level. The shifting issue was resolved and very happy with it. More
