Bought a used car from Lawson and specifically asked if it had been in an accident. Did you see the Carfax?, he asked. Sure I saw it and it said the car was clean but in fact when I took it to a body shop it had been in an accident. Did you see the Carfax?, he asked. Sure I saw it and it said the car was clean but in fact when I took it to a body shop for some minor cosmetic work it turns out that the car has had a complete rear end replacement. The car was wreacked in a rear end accident that did not show-up on Carfax. The car is not worth what I paid for it and these guys lie. STAY CLEAR! More

I had some work done on my truck. First, they didn't have the part. So they ordered it. Then when I brought my truck back in to get fixed they still couldn't fix it. So, she took it upon herself to send it t the part. So they ordered it. Then when I brought my truck back in to get fixed they still couldn't fix it. So, she took it upon herself to send it to someone else. I wasn't called and informed of the situation and I just happened to come by and check on it. To, find out it was'nt there and that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the next day. I am upset because I wasn't informed and wasn't ask what I would like to do. She assumed it would be ok. I believe this is really bad customer service. More
