My overall experience with this dealership was good. I felt that I spent far too much time there as it took nearly 6 hours to purchase my car. I did not appreciate being shown new cars not in my price range rather than going straight to what I was looking for. I drove to Lawrence Kia and completed the deal in less than 2 hours. Ruby Montoya was my first contact with the dealership and she was very helpful and courteous. I then dealt with Valerie Abarca and she was determined to give me the deal I was looking for from them. Begi was fun to talk to and she explained the finance preocess very clearly. Between the three, I have a new Kia and feel very good about the entire process. I would recommend Lawrence Kia to ANYONE looking to purchase a new Kia. Rob was patient with us on trying to decide on color and model.He made the overall experience less stressful. From the moment I made the first phone call to this dealership, I knew driving over an hour and a half to see them was necessary. My sales person, Rob Selleck, with the help of Valerie and Begi would not quit until they had found me a conventional loan. This was outside of my scope of thinking because I have "troublesome" credit. It took them over three hours, but I never really noticed, because they never stopped working for me; not even to go to lunch. I drove away,in my freshly washed, vacuumed, and topped off vehicle still pinching myself in disbelief because this Mazda SUV is "mine." ROB SELLECK AND THE STAFF OF LAWERANCE KIA ARE MY HEROES!! We found a great deal on a Kia Sorento at Lawrence Kia via the web. We can not begin to state how smooth the transaction went with the purchase of this vehicle. The staff was extremely courteous and nothing like the horror stories you read about online. We were even provided with lunch as we waited to finish signing our closing documents.
