This dealer is the worst kind of a car dealer ships, I ever had the pleasure to deal with. I would not even refer them to my enemy. There are scam artist of the worst kind. They like to prey on first time car buyers and young inexperience buyers. We went there on a Saturday to buy a used car. After a lot of dancing around the price( none was marked and the Sales clerk had no clue about the prices) and the other entire well-known sales tactic, we finally had the loan payment, the way we needed it. We wasted 4 hours there. We sign the contract, but decided to drive the car of the lot on Monday, because my Son needed insurance first. Came in on Monday to get the car and the contract was changed. The payment and interest rate was higher, than agreed and sign on Sunday. Again, the Sales clerk was trying to dance around the issue and trying to convince us that this was the best deal in town. We walked out and didn’t buy the car. Later we found out, the Kelly blue book retail value for this car was $ 4000.00 less than it was offered to us. We should have walked away from this dealer, the moment we notice, none of the cars had the sale prices visible marked. My advice to anyone in the business to buy a car…run from this one. They are crooks of the worst kind, I ever had to deal with. More
The dealership worked with me for several hours regarding price and trade in value. I came to the negotiation with the Consumer Reports car app installed on my cell phone. The dealership gave me the CR value price and trade in value. I came to the negotiation with the Consumer Reports car app installed on my cell phone. The dealership gave me the CR value of my trade a 2013 Sorrento. In a negotiation with another Kia dealership, the value they would give me for my car was several thousand dollars less. In fact, this other Kia dealership told me I was wasting their time. The dealership also gave me a very good price on their car. In fact, they gave me a price better on their car than Consumer Reports said was a below fair market value for their car. The Service Manager who had completed a regularly scheduled maintenance on my trade in stuck his head in during our negotiations to say that he hoped they would give a great price for my trade in because it was in outstanding condition. Over the Internet and phone, I had also negotiated with dealers for 2014 Subaru Foresters and 2014 Honda CR-V's. The Lawrence Kia deal was far better than the deals offered at those dealerships even though those dealerships had committed to the low Consumer Reports certificate prices for their cars. And like the Forester and CR-V, the Sorrento is recommend by Consumer Reports. They showed my around the facility during the negotiations. The facility is outstanding. A very large and comfortable lounge area equipped with Wi Fi. A lunch room with free pizza and soft drinks There was no high pressure. The car was delivered in outstanding condition. This is the fourth new Kia I have purchased and the second one from Lawrence Kia. If you are purchasing a Kia in northeast Kansas, Lawrence Kia is the only place to go!! More
Guy was amazing! At first, the payment was something I just wouldn't be able to afford. But with his help, and the help of the team, they got my payment down to something I could handle, and I left that d just wouldn't be able to afford. They were all extremely friendly, and I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is interested in buying a vehicle. I didn't leave with the car I wanted, but the one I did get approved for, the Nissan Versa, is pretty similar to the car I was hoping I could get. Plus, the more I drive it, the more I love it. Guy was a great salesman, and Nick and Begi, the other people I worked with, were there to help me. They were very helpful, and friendly, and without their help and guidance, I'm not sure if I would have walked out of there with a car. Lawrence Kia is a great place to buy a car! More

Chin was able to secure financing for me, even with my dinged up credit report, and Nick was wonderful and patient while we went through all of the details of my financing and the final sale.
