An Unexpected Visit I had been looking for a Buick Regal online for months and found that Lawrence KIA had one at a price that was 2-3k lower than all other dealerships i I had been looking for a Buick Regal online for months and found that Lawrence KIA had one at a price that was 2-3k lower than all other dealerships in the area. I knew it would sell quick based on the price, so I stopped by. I honestly didn't intend to buy that day as I was unsure if I could afford the deal at the moment. I worked with Ken and he made sure to ease my worries and made the experience very calm and friendly. My biggest pet peeve is pushy sales people. Anyone who pushes me into a deal, I usually raise my voice and storm out. Ken and I discussed this at length and I can assure you, the people at Lawrence KIA want to help you get what YOU want, and won't try selling you something you don't want just so they can make a BIG deal. At this place, any deal is a good deal. Honest Business practices that focus on the customer. When it came to the financing, I worked with Begi. She literally drove an hour to get there just to give me the best deal. Originally, the Banks wanted to give me a high interest rate, but she worked her magic and dropped the interest rate to almost exactly what I wanted. She made sure the finance package met my very specific criteria in terms or monthly payment, interest rate, finance of the sales tax. It was a wonderful experience. Both Ken and Begi are very nice, homely people, who I could carry on a conversation with like we had known each other for decades. Whenever I need a new vehicle again, and they have a vehicle on the lot I like, I will definitely keep this establishment in mind. My Review doesn't do enough justice for this Establishment's great staff. More

I wasn't quite able to get the price I was hoping for, but they were willing and able to work with me to reach a fair agreement. All-in-all it was a positive ordeal. More

Disappointed I found the vehicle I was looking for on this dealers lot. I emailed and called to discuss the price. I was told initially that maybe there was some w I found the vehicle I was looking for on this dealers lot. I emailed and called to discuss the price. I was told initially that maybe there was some wiggle room. I was later told that not only was there no wiggle room but the price was increasing. I was also told that the "fees" mentioned would total $1145. When I inquired about the justification for the fees, I was told that they were for paperwork processing and vehicle preparation. This dealer wanted to charge me for the use of their finance department when I was coming in with financing already. The "vehicle preparation fee" was $745 for detailing the vehicle and leveling off the fluids. To me, these were outrageously high. I asked if anything could be done about these fees. This request was flat out refused. I am greatly disappointed in the way this transaction turned out. There advertisement states, "A SHORT DRIVE FROM KANSAS CITY OR TOPEKA SAVES YOU MONEY!" This drive would not have saved me any money. I would suggest that anyone thinking of going here think again. More

I got a bad price I found the initial experience very good. However, upon trying to refinance my loan I am finding that I greatly overpaid for the vehicle. All selected employees went above and WAY beyond what was needed for us to secure a loan and purchase my KIA Sedona, I was so impressed with the product I bought my wife a new Sorento 10 days later. Several other employees made sure to greet us and make us feel welcome as well...crazy but true almost like family. The dealership is committed to selling you a car that fits your financial needs not just sell you a car to put an "X" on the sales board for the month which is AWESOME since I always want the bottle of wine on a beer budget :) Thank you so much to our new friends at Lawrence KIA you are forever going to be our go to car buying experience please don't change a thing.
