Worst customer service I have ever had!!!!!! I normally would not give such a poor review, but I received the worst customer care I think I have ever gotten! Ken was not helpful at all!! I had to go to a manager (Valerie) and was still unable to get any help. I did not have a lot of money to spend... I am convinced that I was put on the back burner because of this. Not honest Worked with them over three days on the holiday weekend. Was told they were going to check out a non working feature on the car we were going to buy Worked with them over three days on the holiday weekend. Was told they were going to check out a non working feature on the car we were going to buy and do a cleaning on it (car was filthy on the inside and put on lot that way). Agreed with finance manage we would come back today to settle the deal. Sales rep called as soon as they opened to set time, he chose the time for later in the pm. All good. Stopped by dealership early to look at car and sales rep came out and said bad news. They sold car to someone else. He couldn't even have us the courtesy if a call to inform us. Said these things happen Plus we didn't leave a deposit on car. No one asked for a deposit when we left Saturday night and determined we would get together next day to complete the deal. The are not honest people. More
