We live in Topeka, and had heard numerous advertisements on the radio and television for Lawrence Kia, and we're super happy that we chose to go there. Horrible experience I went into this establishment to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle I saw online. I was greeted with a sales person who was pretty nice at first I went into this establishment to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle I saw online. I was greeted with a sales person who was pretty nice at first. We took the car for a test drive, but couldn't go far due to the gas light being on. That wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice for them to have been prepared since they knew I was coming. I liked the car enough to make an offer, so I sat down with the sales man. I had my dad on speaker phone because I was buying a car without a co signer as a young lady for the first time. After running my credit, the guy came back with the price of the car, the trade in amount and an estimate of my monthly payments. Naturally, my dad disagreed and wanted to renegotiate some numbers. We also asked for the APR which seemed to be a big secret at this dealership. After asking specifically for the APR, the salesman said as long as you know the price of the car and your monthly payments, you don't need to know the APR. That of course is incorrect and any information I ask for regarding my purchase should be transparent information. The salesman went back to his finance manager with our new negotiations. After a lengthy wait, the finance manager came out himself with a bunch of numbers written on a piece of paper in marker, sat down said this is our final offer, take it or leave it and walked away with an attitude. There was no explanation of the numbers or an APR amount. We couldn't believe how rude this guy was after only one negotiation and at a customer who was making a large purchase. Mind you throughout this entire sale, we were never rude, but we were demanding to know certain information. Needless to say we left without buying the car due to their rudeness. Customer service is the key to making money in this business and Chin showed that our money, our sale and keeping a lifelong customer was unimportant for whatever reason. Now I have the car I want and I went with an amazingly friendly dealership. I will NEVER step foot in another KIA dealership and I will continue to tell others how rude these people were for no apparent reason! More

I have never had a credit card and figured I would not be able to get anything. I assumed the visit would give me an idea of how much money I needed to save to get something. Malcolm did a great job helping and explaining the process. He listened to my budget and did not try to push me with costs. I have never been so happy. I will definitely refer all my friends and family. This was an amazing experience. More

I went to Lawrence KIA and had the best car buying experience of my life. Not only did I feel welcome and appreciated, but I felt like I was part of the team. Ronald Zahorik was there every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He was hands down the most professional and knowledgeable sales associates we have had the honor of working with. He made the process quick easy and he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Ronald did not pressure us into anything, and he actually was looking out for our well being and budget. He made sure that we didn't settle but for the best. I highly recommend shopping at Lawrence KIA it was worth the hour drive for us and I will drive there again and again to get the same customer service that they have to offer. More
