It took a couple hours, but they got me approved at a better price and lower interest rate/payment than the major Kansas City dealer. I was able to complete the entire transaction in one trip, which was very important to me, and the staff did an excellent job of preparing me for my visit with a list of needed documents. More

He worked with me to find the exact car I wanted including shipping the car in from Chicago. He explained all of the features of the Cadenza and made the process easy. I also worked with the sales manager, Chris Herring. Chris gave me a very fair price for my trade and I enjoyed negotiating with him. Mike Vannattan helped me with the warranty and financing options available. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. These guys are fair without any of the pressure normally associated with dealerships. More

this was a very new car buying experience for me. Will never buy from them again I went in thinking I could get a new optima for their internet price of $18,876.xx. After 5 hours I left with a new optima but paid $23000.xx for a ba I went in thinking I could get a new optima for their internet price of $18,876.xx. After 5 hours I left with a new optima but paid $23000.xx for a basic lx model. When I got home I found the window sticker in the glove box where one of their employee's put it and the Msrp on it was $22,640.00. I wonder where the $360.00 difference came from? Stupid me right? The whole time they made me feel like I was getting a really good deal. Again stupid me right! I would not wish this experience on anyone! Thanks ken and Begi, great job! More
