My daughter and I went to Lawless Jeep looking to replace her 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee which had 86K in miles. When we arrived at the dealership we met Chuck Marinaccio. Very pleasent and friendly. Chuck told us that he's fairly new at this but I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all the Jeep features. I noticed Chuck was eager to find a car to meet my daughters needs. Our initial intention was to look for a good used Jeep about 2 years old. We found two great Limiteds, one was a 2008 with 15k snd a unbeliveable 2007 with only 10k. Both were around $29K. After test driving both, I made an offer and to our amazement they would not budge one cent. They said they due to what they owed these cars for they couldn't move in price. I still find that hard to belive. Chuck said that maybe we consider a new 2010 with the features my daughter wanted because of the discounts being offered it may come in around what we were looking to pay. We went home thinking we had to keep looking at maybe other Jeep dealerships who were willing to meet my price. Chuck called and told us of a Jeep he had on the lot and the pricing was very close to our bottom line and it has all the featues we wanted. We were all set to go take a look when he realized it didn't have the X package. My daughter was upset that she thought he had the Jeep she wanted. She even went as far as filling out the credit application on line to secure credit. We got a call that evening from the credit manager who heard of what happened and told us to give them another chance if we could come in on Saturday. When we arrived on Saturday, Chuck met us and we test drove the Jeep my daughter wanted, color and all. The problem was the price was still higher than we were willing to pay. Chuck went in to talk to I suppose was a credit manager. What I found odd was he asked for a credit card to go in with my offer. We waited about 20 mins or so and he came out with Chuck holding my credit card and said he could not come down to my price. I said OK, but I wasn't going higher. Still holding my credit card, he suggested we look at another Jeep, less features, but he would add leather seats. We looked at it but were not interested. I think I actually had to pull my credit card from his hand and I told Chuck to call me when they were ready to meet my price. About a day and a half went by and Chuck called to tell me that he worked hard but finally got me the price I needed, with a "Friends and Family Discount" on the Jeep my daughter wanted. Jokingly I gave him my credit card over the phone to secure a deposit and told him we would come back in that night. The very next day we went back again but this time was to drive away with our new Jeep. Chuck was waiting for us, switched the plates, went over the key features again with my daughter. In and out within 15 mins. I know this is lengtly but it shows how Chuck continued to work for us knowing that we had a price we couldn't go over. I would definately go back to him again if and when I buy my next vehicle. I rated this dealership for a few reasons. I own 2 Jeeps and 1 Chrysler and I take them all to Lawless for service. I admit it does seem expensive to service all 3 but I trust the quality and level of service I get. The service rep Steve Pedro is one of the best there is. I turst his advice on what is needed and the work is done in a timely manor. Since all of my Jeep/Chrysler cars were used, this was my first experience in a new sale. I was very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend Lawless to anyone interested in buying a NEW Jeep. Not a used one beause they won't deal on them. More
I bought my Jeep at a different dealer, but do to a problem, I had to get service right away. I had a 10 month long battle with heavy vibrations and my dealer kept telling me it was the tires. I brought it to Lawless and within a few hours over two visits, they determined it was all 4 u-joints. Jaclyn was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. I received updates on how my jeep was doing and the work done by the techs was great. I would definitely recommend going there for service. More
I had a fantastic experience with Lawless. When I could not come to terms on a certified pre-owned vehicle, they kept in touch with me. When I decided to buy new, I gave them a shot. I compared them with 6 other dealers, and they came in the lowest. Even after I got the lowest price, I asked them to go a little lower and they did. The customer service during the pick-up was just as good. They had delivery within 24 hours of accepting the deal. I highly reccomend them, would refer people to them, and will use them again. More

This dealership is very clean and friendly. Chris the finance person is very pleasant and makes you feel at ease and really explains things so you can understand. Both Sham and Chris make you feel like you are at a place that does not rush at you and lets you take your time.In fact everyone when you walk in stops and says Hi so everyone that we have meet there has been so nice. The over all of Lawless is the best car buying experience that my husband and I have had. We tell all are friends about this place. Keep the Jeeps they are the best. More

Back at the office he introduced me to Jerry the sales manager.We joked about the roadster and he filled me in on some background info. The car was very clean and represented their inventory. Again not pushy. All through the negotiations it was upbeat and going in the right direction.again both Chuck and Jerry made me feel relaxed and not pressured.The final metting was with Chris chapman,the director of finance, who very professionally walked me through the paperwork. My wife has been getting her Compass serviced at Lawless for 3 years now. She has had nothing but wonderful things to say about the service department so when the time came to upgrade my car I chose to go t for 3 years now. She has had nothing but wonderful things to say about the service department so when the time came to upgrade my car I chose to go to Lawless over a dealership that is closer to home. It was well worth it! Chris Dicarlo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with not only the car we choose (Wrangler) but the entire process. He took the time to discuss buy /lease and what was in OUR best interest. At no time did we feel pressured into something we were not expecting /ready for /could not afford etc. Chris was very professional and attentive to what we needed. He did not try to oversell us or make us go above the payment we said we were comfortable with. A few times when Chris was not readily available the other staff members were very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Chris Dicarlo at Lawless Jeep and will get our new Wrangler serviced here as well as the continued maintaince with the Compass. When it is time for another new car we will most definitly be going back to see Chris Dicarlo. More

Phil and Kevin made the used car buying experience extremely pleasant. They were both receptive to our needs and worked with us to give us the best deal possible on the vehicle we chose. Even though we did not want to buy a Jeep/Chrysler product at no point did they try to pressure us into even looking at one of their flagship vehicles. They respected what we wanted and willing to work with us to meet us at our best offer. I highly recommend the Lawless group and especially Phil for his professional manner and positive attitude. I have purchased vehicles both privately and through dealers and usually do not have the best experience at dealers but I must say my attitude has changed after dealing with Lawless.
