I saw a truck online and made a call to Mike. I explained that I wanted a vehicle in EXCELLENT cond. I had made other trips to dealers in Mass. None of which were worth my time. My experience with Lawless Chrysler was excellent! from the day i walked in to the dealership.I had just walked in to see what the dealer would give me on my 04 Ford pickup, and to my surprise ,they offere the day i walked in to the dealership.I had just walked in to see what the dealer would give me on my 04 Ford pickup, and to my surprise ,they offered me what I wanted. The truck that I had to trade was in excellent condition no doubt,but Charlie got me what I wanted never the less.So, from there we proceeded to start talking about a challenger.We took some test rides and everything went well with that. We ended up inside talking about the price of thr car,and after much talking ,Chuck got me my price that i was looking for. All in all ,my experience was quite satisfying as far as buying a new car,trying to find the correct warranty for the car was tuff and i thought it was alittle high in price, but I guess that's life. Chuck Marinaccio was very thorough with the deal and was very polite and attentive to my needs through the whole process,I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy a car or truck in this area or if your from another area take a ride by and check them out. Sham Elleisy was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable dealer's I've met. After speaking with the Sales Manager it was difficult to get him to give me what my trade-in was worth. After coming from another dealership where we were not treated that well, it was refreshing to be treated so well at Lawless. When we arrived Phil Ossino came over and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable about Jeep, very friendly, reliable, courteous, and really worked with us to get the price that we wanted. We arrived at the dealership on a Sunday close to closing time. Phil never rushed us nor did he make us feel that he wanted to leave since it was closing time. He stayed with us an hour after the dealership closed and we were able to close the deal. When trying to decide on a day to pick up the car, Phil was willing to come in on his day off so that we would be able to pick up our car on the day that was most convenient for us. Lastly, when we did pick up the Jeep, Phil spent an hour with us going over everything about the Jeep, from the manual and user guide to how to work the navigation system and program the radio. He was even willing to go over the whole instructional again for my parents who were going to be visiting the following weekend. We were very happy with the overall service from Lawless and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
