Phil, the salesman, was terrific .. friendly, warm, very knowledgeable + considerate, but it seemed he had to continuously rely and wait for others to do simple tasks (ie: paperwork ... the invoice had to b knowledgeable + considerate, but it seemed he had to continuously rely and wait for others to do simple tasks (ie: paperwork ... the invoice had to be redone 3 times; so many mistakes + accounting people kept blaming the computers). Phil was constantly running back and forth, in + out of offices, due to others incompetence, wasting valuable time. We had a 1pm appointment to pick up a new vehicle and trade in an old; no financing to be done. Sales manager seemed messed up, and unaware we were picking up vehicle that day, tho arrangements had been made 4 days prior, confirmed the day before. The whole procedure took all afternoon (more than 4 hours), and we missed a local (we live 30 miles from Woburn, in NH) appointment, which we told them about earlier in the afternoon. The receptionist's answer was "well, if you get hungry, there's a great restaurant across the street", showing no concern or importance. The sole reason we would ever return to that dealership would be Phil. Other sales people + managers passed by on numerous occasions, never speaking, smiling, even acknowledging our presence (exceptions were Danielle + Danny ... I had spoken to both of them on telephone during the last couple weeks and they wanted to meet me). Phil, however, was terrific and if ever he relocated, we certainly would see him again. (Our previous NH dealership which we used for 25 YEARS, until Chrysler closed it via reorganization, took 30 minutes to pick up a new vehicle and trade in the old !!!!!) More

We shopped around at multiple Jeep dealerships before purchasing a vehicle from Lawless. This dealership stands out from others because the salespeople are friendly and the prices are fair. Other dealerships offer deals to get you in the door but then tack on multiple fees. The prices advertised at Lawless are not the lowest, but they included all fees and in the end are the best deal. Our one critisism was how the numbers of our trade value amount were presented. It was a bit confusing but in the end we felt satisfied with the transaction.
