Great Experience I called after seeing an Infiniti QX56 at what looked like a very good price. Jose called me back within 30 minutes. I had decided to just drive the I called after seeing an Infiniti QX56 at what looked like a very good price. Jose called me back within 30 minutes. I had decided to just drive there before making sure they still had the vehicle. Even though they close at 7:00 pm, Jose said don't worry about it. They stayed late enough so that my wife and I could check out the car and test drive it. No asking for my license, no checking with the manager to see if it was ok if he didn't come with us. Just handed us the keys and suggested a route given all the local construction. We loved the car. It had a few issues, small crack in windshield, a torn seat belt, and an issue with the air pump on the rear suspension. Jose told us not to worry, they would take care of all of it. They replaced the windshield, replaced the air pump, and replaced the seat belt. No questions asked. No negotiating, they just stood up to the issues and fixed them without hesitation. We got a good price for our trade and a good price on the one we bought. Zoran was a great guy too. NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. Because the car was a little late coming back from the mechanic, there wasn't sufficient time to get it detailed before we got there. They quickly offered us a full detail at our convenience. It was the most hassle free, most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had. I won't do to a dealership again. The cars are stored inside and WELL taken care of. Great job Jose and Zoran. However they had the car I wanted so i decided to swing by for a look. Jose was professional and put me at ease right away. The entire team was amazing and i was in and out papers signed within 45 minutes.... 45 minutes!! They got me a sweet bumper to bumper warranty and a full point lower on my interest rate than anticipated. I was and continue to be shocked. These folks really know cars and the business and i will NEVER use a franchise again. As a matter of fact i am already looking at their inventory for my wife's next car.
