Purchased $100k Panamera Turbo Executive from Brian and Steve at Law Auto Group. The car was delivered to my state with a broken windshield and a rear wheel that was badly curbed. Brian promised me that it would be fixed prior to shipping. My instinct told me he had no intention of fixing the damaged wheel based on the long winded story about how he would never ship a car with the wheel like that to a customer. Just as I expected the car showed up with a damaged wheel and a broken windshield. These two sharks played back and forth phone games for 30 days with me until finally refusing to replace the windshield and wheel as promised. Check your purchase contract for the "mandatory" Road Vantage Vehicle Protection $332. Was told by Steven that I wasn't allowed to decline the coverage. After a lengthy debate and about how he would just sell the car to someone else I just let it go. His main point was that If I am buying a $100k car why wouldn't I want a paint warranty. I have had bad experiences with car dealers in the past but never have I felt compelled to warn the public. More

This was my first car purchase of this caliber and needless to say I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, as one would be. I am pleased to report that Jeff, Steven and the gang at Law Auto Group 100% fulfilled every promise that they made to me throughout the entire ordeal and let me tell you it was an ordeal. It took several weeks for me to find a bank willing to do an out-of-state car purchase of this price and Jeff was patient with me and held the car for me while I went through that. Further, Jeff and his group shipped my vehicle to me enclosed and included reimbursement for tires free of charge on the vehicle because they wanted me to have a safe driving experience. I would highly recommend working with Jeff at this location and would gladly do business with these folks again. Unlike most car dealers Jeff is the kind of person who cares about you having a good experience and will go the extra mile to make sure that you're always informed of what's going on in the transaction and comfortable with the proceedings. I can say this was the best car buying experience that I have had to date. More
