The auto-body department made the repair of my vehicle easy and seamless. They kept me informed of the progress twice a week, and having a rental car right there for me to jump into was so much easier tha easy and seamless. Awesome job! I’m from out of town on a business meeting and blew a major gasket, originally was told fixed by Monday. They bursted a minor leak with a coolant compression test and refuse to take blame for it and will not fix my car. Bad service. Don't recommend!!!! Originally took car in for with a coolant compression test and refuse to take blame for it and will not fix my car. Bad service. Don't recommend!!!! Originally took car in for testing my water pump for it failing and they claim they can't hear a noise and continued to test for a leak and then BAM that extreme minor leak turned into a extremely coolant blowout due to their test bursted the leak open more and all my coolant dumped and now I gotta get my car towed to my expense. I am NOT happy with the service. More

Completely unsatisfied custmer I have taken my car to Lavery Automotive 2 times to have service work done to my vehicle within 1 week of each other for the same issue. Now, after 2 I have taken my car to Lavery Automotive 2 times to have service work done to my vehicle within 1 week of each other for the same issue. Now, after 2 weeks, my car is still having the same issue and is deemed not safe to drive. I do not live in the area and have a 2 hour drive to my home and cannot make it to work because of this issue. I will not take my car back to get serviced at this location ever and would not recommend them to service any vehicle, especially brakes. I am completely unsatisfied and could have been injured due to this not being fixed. I will take my car elsewhere from now on. The customer service provided by the service representatives was okay but the work done is unacceptable. More

Dealer repair of bumper paint on cadillac Jim Teal was easy to work with, pleasant and eager to get the problem resolved. The paint on my bumper was pealing. He had it repaired promptly, clean Jim Teal was easy to work with, pleasant and eager to get the problem resolved. The paint on my bumper was pealing. He had it repaired promptly, cleaned the car up nicely for me and made me feel welcome at the dealership. I would definitely do business with them in the future. More
