2.5 y/o vehicle with 18,000 miles (2007 FJ Cruiser). Refused warranty repair. Stated reason: Abuse. They can't back up their claim. Issue was broken teeth on the ring gear in the rear differential. I have bought a few new cars over the years and I can say I have never been as pleased with the entire experience before than I was with Laurel. I met a salesman who made feel as though he really cared about I have never been as pleased with the entire experience before than I was with Laurel. I met a salesman who made feel as though he really cared about my needs. He listen to what I was looking for and sold me a car with no pressure. His General Sales Manager was also very easy to deal with. He came out to the desk and spoke to us on numerous times again with no pressure. I left feeling as though I bought from a Ritz Carlton type atmosphere. It was a pleasurable car buying experience....Thanks guys! More
