The dealer sticker discounts, rebate(s) and "throw-ins" were a "godsend". Salesman Harry Santichen = a veteran, calm, kind, slow-paced, "non-pushy", patient and understanding person to work with on my deal ... Heck, the guy even fed me some dinner at the dealership and trust me, that's not a "norm" (or even a "perk") there! Ryan, the financing "closer" was a jolly, joking, jovial but determined soul to get the deal done - even when I bartered/haggled (but succeeded getting, in the end) some "extras"/ "throw-ins". Even General Manager Frank Arcurio, who has a serious "Abe Vigoda vibe" to him, even smiled once. Overall, simply fantastic buying experience at the dealership! More

He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable, guiding us through the entire purchasing experience. Another employee that we have met is Brian at the Hyundai Service desk.
