Ready to buy, but car was a mess Drove 70 miles to get a great price on a used Hyundai and I called the dealer twice to give them plenty of advance notice that I was ready to buy. The salesman said the car would be ready and waiting when I arrived. Two hours later, I arrived to find the car waiting, unwashed, un cleaned, not detailed. It appeared to be full of the junk left behind by the previous owner and had not been touched. I had my checkbook and license plate and was ready to drive it away, but this dealer was unprepared to make the sale. I cannot understand how one could tell a dealer you are on the way to spend $20,000 and they do not even clean up the car. These guys are unreliable. Who knows what they will hide and what stories you might hear. I also called the sales manager to complain, but he never bothered to call me back. I do not recommend this dealer for any transaction.
