My overall experience was positive. I worked with two service advisors across my visits. One was good and the other should’ve been better. On my first visit, the service advisor didn’t inform me of the available maintenance programs until after I spent 4 hours at the dealership. I had to make a second visit because of this. I emailed the service advisor prior to my visit asking him to have a part in stock so that I wouldn’t need to make a third visit. I never heard back from him. During my appointment, they needed to replace my lights under warranty but didn’t have it in stock. The same very lights I had asked the service advisor during the week. I needlessly had to wait over the weekend until they could get the part More
