How do they have 5 stars????? They must pick which reviews get posted. We bought our first BMW from them. The last two we purchased in Naperville and Elmhurst. The last time, we were in the showroom 15 and no one talked to us. Enough said. We brought our BMW in for no-cost maintenance-they charged us $5.95 to "discard the rags". ??? I drove the car off the lot and a message went on saying I needed to reset my tires and check the air in them. Something I could do.. but it's winter and I just spent over 2 hours waiting. SO, I went back. Reluctantly, but rather efficiently after finally getting someone, they let out some air and reset my tires. Now today I called after getting a "no signal" on my dash/radio/navigation/phone...on my 2014 BMW...they could not take me until Monday. Today is Tuesday. WOW! Elmhurst can take me tomorrow morning at 8:00am and give me a loaner. My friend has a X5 hates them and says they probably charged you because you did not buy it from them. Why would I????? More

Laurel BMW still the class of the Midwest I have purchased three vehicles(one new, two previously owned) and had all of them serviced at one time or another at Laurel BMW. The people at Laurel I have purchased three vehicles(one new, two previously owned) and had all of them serviced at one time or another at Laurel BMW. The people at Laurel BMW obviously have great pride in the product and their dealership. They keep me informed of progress with repairs or service and there are no surprises when I pick the car up. The place is immaculate. I can get my cars serviced anywhere, and there is another dealership much closer to my home but for me it's has been worth the extra effort to work with the team at Laurel BMW. Keep doing the good things happening at your business. More

I originally bought my X3 at a different dealer but ended up getting it serviced at Laurel because of the location. I'm glad I did because their service department is top notch. Actually, because of the service quality I was getting there, we ended up leasing a vehicle from this dealer as well. Mike Powalski is my service advisor and he gives first class service. He is professional, friendly, and truly cares about his clients. He will go above and beyond for you. I can always stop in when I need to and I know my car will always be taken care of. It's a great feeling to go to a service department you trust, knowing that your car will be fixed or serviced properly. Courtesy vehicles are always available. Mike is hands down the best advisor I have worked with at any dealer. Our lease is up soon and we are considering buying another BMW from Laurel Westmont, not only because of the great experiences we have had with the sales department, but especially because of the service department. If you have a car serviced at any other dealers, especially other makes of vehicles, I'm sure you know that appointment set-ups and courtesy vehicles can be difficult to set up, and sometimes impossible at short notice. I've learned that your service advisors and service department should be a big factor in your vehicle lease/purchase. It is inevitable that your car will need service, whether it's oil changes, new tires, or non-routine work. You need to know that you can go somewhere where you can work with people you trust and actually enjoy seeing. We currently have that trust and relationship with Mike Powalski and the Laurel BMW service department, and we want to keep it that way for a very long time. More
