Service Rep was very thorough in explaining the issue regarding my X3. Gave me an option of a loaner car if I didn't wish to wait but also gave an estimate of the waiting time (which proved to be accurat regarding my X3. I had an appointment, but the person whose name was attached to the appointment was busy. I sat and waited for 12 minutes, then asked if someone else could help-because there were other service people attached to the appointment was busy. One person, Tony asked Mike Collins how long he would be-he said another 10 minutes. Why would i have an appointment with a service person who simply checks me in, and have to wait that long? That is just silly. Tony took care of me, but just because they knew I was not happy. Of course it took longer than they said, but i did have a loaner. While I waited, I wondered how long it would take to notify me that I needed additional service. It took an hour to suggest an additional $689 of service, which I declined since I had just had my car checked at my non dealer mechanic who specializes in BMW, Mercedes, Porsche. Again, not happy. At 1:10 i got a text that my car was ready. If the service person had told me three hours, ok, but I was told 1-1/2 to 2 hours, that is why I wanted the loaner, and was lucky I got it. I have had 4 BMWs serviced at this dealership, this was not a positive experience. More
