Not sure why you need to print >10 sheets of paper for me to sign for a warranty recall service. Maybe 1 sheet of paper could do it? 2) Have all details of claim typed in before or after customer visit. Why should customer have to wait while you type details on the visit for 10 minutes? 3) Have vehicle ready when customer is notified it's ready. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to fetch the car. Dealership was empty with lots of folks sitting around. Parking lot was empty too. Not sure why the car wasn't parked in front waiting for me. More
