This dealership for me started off as a great place from my buying experience from Bridget, purchasing, finalizing my paperworks, to the first 2 services; those were all great with no issues. My most recent my buying experience from Bridget, purchasing, finalizing my paperworks, to the first 2 services; those were all great with no issues. My most recent one was quite disappointing. Promised time was about 2 hours, ended up being 4 hours. Also no courtesy car, which was something promised during my purchase that this dealership will always have one for me. So they offered me a “shuttle” aka lyft service. Fine, no problem. My request for a ride back was quite a mission to say the least. Called about 6 times and they kept redirecting me to my service advisor Scott, who did not pick up the phone because he “stepped out” or was simply away from his desk. Very pointless calls that took up time. Finally reached someone else that could assist, said they’ll send a vehicle. Fantastic, except it never happened. Waited about 20 minutes, so I had to called again. More
