I've bought a number of cars from Laurel BMW in Westmont over the years. I've generally had very good experiences there in the sales, service and finance depts. I have looked at this dealer each time I went to buy another BMW-I have bought a few. However, we were never able to align on price. The service is good, but expensive. I was told my auto would be ready in 60 minutes it took 2.25 hours and was not offered any loaners or transportation. The only benefit was I caught up with work.
