Service is poor, was promised the vehicle would be done on Friday and at 4pm they said it would not be. Had a rental and had to keep it an additional 3 days for $250. They said to bad. Couldn't even get m on Friday and at 4pm they said it would not be. Had a rental and had to keep it an additional 3 days for $250. They said to bad. Couldn't even get me home when I dropped off the vehicle. Had to get a taxi. I had thr check engine light read and then they got it and magically a new code popped up so that cost me another $500. I purchased this car 2 years ago and will never get another from them or take a vehicle for service. More

Great, Fast Service "Service Engine Soon" dashboard light appeared. Contacted Service Dept, and was told I could come in right away. I dropped it off, and it was ready "Service Engine Soon" dashboard light appeared. Contacted Service Dept, and was told I could come in right away. I dropped it off, and it was ready for pick up by noon. A week later, I had another dashboard message appear "Service fuel inlet door", which had something to do with repair week before. I called service and was able to bring in the next day. They had to order part and it arrived the next day. They serviced at no charge and had ready by same afternoon. I work within a mile of Laura Ford so very convenient. When I dropped off both times, they were able to drop me off at my work. Very convenient and wonderful service! More
