I used this dealer for a vehicle recall. They wouldn’t call me at the end of the first day when my car should have been repaired, I had to call them at the end of the second day to check in. Was traveling from VA to CA when the check engine light came on. Laura Ford immediately when to work on the diagnostics. 90 minutes later we were back on the road. Service is poor, was promised the vehicle would be done on Friday and at 4pm they said it would not be. Had a rental and had to keep it an additional 3 days for $250. They said to bad. I purchased this car 2 years ago and will never get another from them or take a vehicle for service. More
