The dealership seemed slow, me and one other person waiting. I had a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. This task took around 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete. Jenn at the service counter was rude and condescending. She was better after I talked to Chris the service manger which she forced me to do by hanging up on me.
